2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are for a specific event and date.
- Full payment must be received at time of booking.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where stated below.
- Resale or commercial use of tickets requires our written consent.
3. Ticket Delivery
- Tickets and joining instructions will be sent via email to the address provided at booking.
- Final timings and boarding details may differ slightly from those advertised and will be issued approximately 5 days before departure.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate.
4. Pricing
- All prices are listed in GBP.
- We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time prior to booking.
- Once payment is received, your price is fixed and will not be affected by future changes.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & Insurance
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure may be eligible for a refund, minus an admin fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
- If we cancel or reschedule the tour due to operational issues, you’ll be offered a refund or transfer.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
6. Operational Changes & Third-Party Providers
- We aim to operate tours as advertised, but reserve the right to change route, timings, traction, or other details without notice.
- Changes may be necessary due to railway operations or third-party provider decisions.
- We are not liable for the performance or reliability of external suppliers beyond legal obligations.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- Arrive at the departure point on time—missed departures are non-refundable.
- Follow all safety instructions and crew guidance.
- No leaning from windows or open doors.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted onboard.
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.
- Dogs (except registered assistance animals), bicycles, and oversized luggage are not permitted.
- Passengers are responsible for personal belongings; we are not liable for loss or damage.
8. Accessibility
- We aim to accommodate accessibility needs where possible.
- Due to heritage rolling stock and third-party operations, some limitations may apply.
- Please contact us before booking to discuss any specific requirements.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, industrial action, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
10. Feedback & Complaints
- We welcome feedback and aim to resolve concerns promptly.
- If an issue arises during the event, please inform a staff member immediately.
- Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event.
11. Photography & Media
We may take photos or video during the tour for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in writing before the event.
12. Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Information collected during booking is used solely to administer your tour and related communications.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, images, branding, and graphics—is the property of our company and must not be copied or reused without permission.
14. Legal Compliance & Passenger Rights

- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
